Return Policy for Pickles, Utensils, and Apparel

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase from TypicklePickles.com. Please read our updated return policy for pickles, accessories, and apparel below:

30-Day Return Policy: You have 30 days after receiving your pickles, accessories, or apparel to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • For pickles, they can be returned if unopened.
  • Utensils and apparel must be in the same condition as received – unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Initiating a Return: To start a return, contact us at Typickle@typicklepickle.com. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the pickles are below standard or arrive broken.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right. Broken pickles will be replaced at no cost or refunded.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., opened pickles unless quality is below Typickle standards), custom products, and personal care goods. We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. For specific concerns, reach out to us.

Returns are not accepted for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: For a prompt exchange, return the item and, once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: If shipping to the European Union, you can cancel or return your order within 14 days without justification. The item must be in the same condition as received, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you'll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
